Renewal by Andersen windows and doors are equal parts substance and style. While the traditional Frenchwood® style or larger glass surface area makes many of our products visually distinct, all are constructed with minimal maintenance and energy efficiency in mind.
Fibrex®, a vinyl-wood composite, is used for this purpose. Combining the strength of wood with the durability of vinyl, Fibrex® is a superior insulation material that is not affected by temperature changes.
Beyond the frame, all Andersen windows and doors are made with thermal Low-E4® glass. 45- to 56-percent more energy-efficient than its dual-pane counterparts, Low-E4® keeps more heat in your house, thus lowering your energy bills over time, and additionally blocks 83 percent of all UV rays.
